Good Morning!

The scale stayed stationary this morning, but that's ok. I had a good run! I fully expected this so I am not worried.

The stair step thing is definitely happening.

Saw a group of people last night that hasn't seen me in about two weeks, and altho no one said "are you losing weight", there was more than one that told me I was looking good - someone asked me if I changed my hair! LOL

So people are noticing, but not saying anything yet. It's a delicate issue, I totally understand!
