July 21, 2007 - Day 25 Complete on VLCD

Good Morning!

Well, the scale didn't cooperate with me today again (Aunt Flo is STILL hanging around, dang her) but the tape measure sure did!

I went down another 1.25 inches! WOO HOO - Someone mentioned earlier that there is definitely a hand shaking thing going on with the pounds and inches, isn't it amazing that this is what the Dr called his manuscript??? Pounds AND Inches!!!

But like every other woman on here, I am stuck on seeing those numbers drop on the scale. I sure am hoping to get a WHOOSH like everyone says I should get when Aunt Flo decides to leave.
