Good morning,

Not feeling very chipper this morning, waiting on dr's call to fit me in today.

All in all - I lost .2 pounds over night. It seems that every week between Tues-Fri I have slow losses and then it picks up Sat-Mon to give me my average overall. Oh well, I was too hurting to do my measurements today.
