Good Morning!

Well, today the scale moved again! So down another pound! I know that if I just was patient, my body would do what Dr Simeon said it would do!

Inches again are at the same point, but they are doing all sorts of fluctuations!

One thing I have seen is that my "wings" by my armpit are getting less "hangy"!!! That is a GOOD thing!
