Good Morning!

Another short and sweet post. I am headed home today so I will be more active again!

Thank you for all the responses to the article I posted. Very interesting.

Lost .6 pounds - went to a Mexican restaurant yesterday, my weakness in days gone by, didn't eat anything off plan! I ordered a plain lettuce and tomato salad with chopped grilled chicken and barely ate 1/4 of it.

This makes a total of 33.8 pounds, in 48 days - what is interesting is that this is a total of 4 pounds for the 7 days I have been on the sublingual, which is the biggest loss in one week I have had since the first two weeks on HCG. So I would say that Oral works for me.
