August 17, 2007 - Day 52 Complete on VLCD

Good Morning!

I know - a little late this morning. I don't even know if people even read about my progress anymore! LOL - it's ok, I like talking to myself anyhoo. Plus it's a place for me to journal and it helps me with accountability.

Again the scale was nice to me! .6 loss to a total of 35.2 - I am down in my 215's! 215.6 to be exact. Dare I even begin to hope that I might be down in my 214's or 213's by the time I am done with this round on Tuesday? OMG! That would be just a miracle!

Every day there is a weight loss is a bonus for me. At the beginning of this I had a goal of 30 pounds, and I did that, but now it's 35 - anything else is just gravy!

No picture update today. I left my camera behind when I went to family this past weekend, and they are sending it back to me. So whenever it gets here, I will take pics.
