Good Morning!

Thank you first of all for all the nice comments you folks made to me yesterday! It's cool to know that my daily progress is being heard by the masses! LOL

Scale was REALLY nice to me today! Down 1.2 pounds! Didn't expect that, no how no way! Down to 214.4!!! WOW - Totally blew me away!

I have officially 3 more days of weigh in before it's my LIW - I need to lose 1.4 pounds to get to 213 - which would be WAY cool to be there during my break. That is only a little less than a half a pound a day. DOABLE??? Well, we can only hope!
