Good Morning!

I have new photos posted in the photo section - Ok, the back picture looks exactly the same to me, but I do see a difference on the side and front views. It's about time I see something! LOL

I am 222 today, so that was a .6 drop from yesterday. 2.2 more pounds till I reach 219.8 - I am so looking forward to hitting the teens!

Upping my water intake yesterday sure did help. I had no hunger, I even went till about noon before I ate my orange.

JPS and I went shopping for all of our stuff yesterday to start the sublingual on Tuesday. I don't know why but both of us are SO nervous! LOL - Until we actually do it, I guess that will be the case. But we have all of our supplies now, so that is cool. Monday we will be playing Chemistry Lab at her house to mix this stuff up. So if you hear of any explosions happening in Coastal South Carolina on Monday, you will know it was us! LOL
