August 9, 2007 - Day 44 Complete on VLCD

Good Morning!

Scale was nice to me, 219.2 today so a .6 pound loss.

Sublingual was working full force yesterday. Both lunch and dinner I was too full to eat. My lunch took me 45 minutes to eat, and my dinner just about the same. I had to take a break during dinner! LOL - Now THAT is what I am talking about.

Tomorrow is picture day! Let's hope the camera is kind to me.

I am headed out of town tomorrow...will be gone for the weekend, but will still have access to a computer, albeit not that much. I am taking all my own food with me, and of course, my potion! I am seeing family I haven't seen for about 6 weeks, this should prove to be interesting, to say the least.
