July 15, 2007 - Day 19 Complete on VLCD

Well, I guess there is one drawback to having a great scale, it tells you the TRUTH!

This morning I was UP .2 pounds. No worries tho, guess who decided to show up yesterday? AUNT FLO! What is very weird is that I have had NO cramps this week, and even tho I have felt a little less than energetic the last few days it wasn't an overwhelming "i gotta be in my bed until this passes" feeling. Also, my first day is usually, wham bam thank you ma'am and this time its not bothersome at all. W E I R D!!!

Ok, so even tho I gained .2 - guess what I lost??? Another half an inch! So I am a total of 20.25 inches lost!!!!

WOOT!!!
