July 20, 2007 - Day 24 Complete on VLCD

Good Morning,

Officially, down .8 today, so that makes a total of 22 pounds in 24 days!

I posted pics again today, ugh. LOL My friend (JPSerendipity) says she sees the difference. I see it finally in my waist. What is it about self image???

I didn't do so well yesterday, I ended up barely at 400 calories for the day. I had some sort of freaky blood sugar thing happen last night before dinner. I ate early yesterday (11:15) because I had to go somewhere in the afternoon, but only ate half my food intending to eat the other half when I got home. Well, one thing led to another and I didn't eat until almost 7:00pm - I had this rush of dizziness and I hurried and ate my apple and then dinner, but didn't feel quite right the rest of the evening.

Anyhoo, wont let that happen again!
