Good Morning!

Another .4 pound loss! Anything going in the DOWN direction is good for me! I have 13 days left on this round, and I had hoped to reach at least 30 pounds loss, but boy oh boy would I like to be in the 210's when I start my Phase 3!!!

That's only 6.8 pounds more! Come on abnormal fat, BE GONE!!!

We shall see!
