June 29, 2007 - Day 3 Complete on VLCD

Today is day 3 complete - Didn't lose any pounds overnight, but I look at it this way:

They say I should lose a pound a day, I haven't been on this for more than 6 days so 6 pounds in four days is just awesome!

But, just for the heck of it, I took my body measurements today instead of tomorrow - Do you know that I have already lost 9.75 inches total???? Good gravy! My stomach is definitely coming down, I can actually see that!

I am running late, so I cannot post what I ate yesterday, so I will chat with you all later on this evening.
