July 31, 2007 - Day 35 Complete on VLCD

Good Morning!!!

Yes! The scale AGAIN agreed to obey me! Another .6 pounds GONE - Yup, down to 223 now, and only 3.2 more pounds to reach that 219.8 number! LOL

Today is the start of my 6th week.

Will I be able to lose that extra 3.2 pounds by next Monday? Will I have to go on to another week so that I can revel in my own glory of meeting my primary goal? Will immunity set in? Will I start craving food?
