July 6, 2007 - Day 10 Complete on VLCD

Good Morning!

This is three days in a row that I have been at the 241 mark. It's ok tho. I am still on target to losing on average a pound a day! I know my body is doing some major redistribution so I am going to take it in stride. I haven't done anything out of the ordinary so I will keep the faith.

Again my inches are traveling all over the place. It's actually quite fun to watch it fluctuate! That way you know this thing is working!
