I just love it when the scale cooperates!

Another pound bites the dust! I am almost in my 220's!!!

My spirits are picking up, altho Aunt Flo is still hanging around, she really irritates me. I have been on a two day break of injections (per NHW instructions) but will be resuming the shots today.
