Ok,

I have now stepped on the scale about 15 times in the last hour because I couldn't believe what I first saw. I lost two pounds over night! Honestly, this is the first way of eating I am on that I am like, there is NO WAY on earth I could possibly lose another pound today. LOL

Took my measurements again, just to make sure my scale wasn't acting all freaky, and indeed, I lost another 1.5"!!!

This stuff works. Honest to goodness, works.
